After completing our online form (Click Below) a member of our team will contact you to arrange your free feasibility assessment and discuss your project. We operate surveys between 08:00-18:00 Monday - Friday and 09:00-14:00 on Saturday as we understand the modern day busy lifestyles we all lead.

We've completed the feasibility assessment and discussed your possible options! Now its time for our team to create your personal quotation which can be ready for you in as little as 48hrs. Our quoting system is designed for seamless communication between us and you, it offers you the ability to add/remove extras giving you total control of your budget. JMA Lofts are very proud of its pricing structure and are confident that we offer exceptional value without affecting our high standards of workmanship. Confirm Contract

So you're happy with the quotation, what next? Once your contract has been signed, we are ready to introduce our trusted architect who will fine tune our proposal with you and draw up plans, with building regulations. Once you give the thumbs up and are happy with what you see, we will obtain structural plans and calculations based on the finalised architectural plans, ready for works to start under permitted development or for submitting to the council for planning approval.

Start Works

We're there! We now have all necessary paperwork to give *notice to start realising your vision. You can now sit back and relax, knowing that JMA Lofts stay with you every step of the way with dedicated project management and regular site checks to make sure that the standard of works remain as high as expected. *under permitted development. planning permission can take 6-8 weeks for approval.
